Rainbow Bridge Memorial Box

Wooden box hand painted with a rainbow lid. I blow torch the wood grain and it gives the colors a distressed look while making the stain really pop.

The stain is a golden oak, except for the large. The large is a gunstock coloring so little more reddish orange coloring.

These are really great for holding momentos and trinkets while memorializing your dog(s). Brass latch on the front.

These are the last set I am making and then this design will be retired. They are made to order because of the customization of the lid so turn around is 2-3 weeks. It will be packaged and shipped via USPS after you have been sent pictures of the finished product.

I paint these boxer figures in wild, vibrant colors because that is exactly what a boxer is....a funny goofball, bursting with love and full of personality...a breed like no other. Each boxer figure is totally unique. And these figures fund my art donations to rescues throughout the year to help fundraise. So while the figure may be in memory of one boxer, it can help even more.

When I am not painting or creating, I am coaching my girls youth lacrosse team or hiking with my two boxers (also known as 'management'). They inspire me and bring me happiness everyday, so 5149 & 1/2 art tries to give back to boxer rescues as often as possible. Whether it be donating from sales in the shop, gifting art to generous donors and volunteers, or creating artwork that can be auctioned off or used for fundraising.

All items are handmade by yours truly within my studio in Gilroy, CA.
